OUR STORY

Obviously, you & I have something in common: We’re globe-trotting, passport-stampin’, travel lovers! Armed with a video camera and sense of adventure, I've hit 50 countries over 30 years capturing stories that matter. Depending on the day of the week, I’m a journalist/documentarian. Telling important stories while dodging bullets, malaria and blood-thirsty, mutant leeches are all in a day’s work...and I love it! Stories are the glue that holds us together and there’s no better way to make yours sticker than by traveling. Memorable experiences make the best souvenirs and they don’t take up space in your carry-on. The plan is to squeeze the most memories out of our most precious resource: time. Ever since I hit 40, I’ve desperately been trying to disprove you have to be "adult" to be an adult. Life's too short to take any of it seriously...except the serious parts, of course. My wife, Carey, and I recently discovered Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. Wow, is there a more diverse area for FUN activities?! ("No" would be the answer, if you're playing along.) It's a honor to share our cabin with other couples and small families in order to spread the love about this incredible place.
